If, within two (2) years from the date of purchase, the Greater Zero product (the “Product”) fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Greater Zero, LLC will repair or replace it, at its discretion, free of charge. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Greater Zero, LLC has no obligation with respect to any warranty claims received by it after midnight on the date that is the two-year anniversary of the date of purchase, or after thirty (30) days from the date the warranty claim arises.

The remedies contained in this Limited Warranty are the exclusive remedies for a purchaser of a new Product. WITH RESPECT TO ANY PURCHASE OF A NEW PRODUCT, GREATER ZERO, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (i) MORE THAN THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT; OR (ii) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, LOSS OF USE OR LOST PROFIT DAMAGES, EVEN IF GIVEN ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY MODIFIED TO EXIST ONLY AS CONTAINED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND SHALL BE OF THE SAME DURATION AS THE WARRANTY PERIOD STATED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

The limited warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, in handling, dropping; (b) damage caused by the incorrect installation, operation or use of a product; (c) damage caused by acts of God, lightning, floods, fire, freezing, any other environmental condition; (d) units which have been subject to any attempt to repair (not authorized by Greater Zero, LLC), or which have been opened, taken apart or otherwise modified; (e) units not used in accordance with directions; or (f) the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface scratches and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have rights, which vary from state to state.

Notice of a warranty claim must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date the claim arises. Notice of warranty claim must be made in writing and sent by certified mail or overnight courier to Greater Zero, LLC to the following address: Greater Zero, LLC / Customer Service / PMB #609 445 Hwy 53 STE 180, Calhoun, GA 30701, United States.

Before Greater Zero, LLC determines to provide any replacement part or product, it may, as a precondition to making such determination, require that the warranty claimant ship the product, postage prepaid, to Greater Zero, LLC at the address above, and to provide proof of purchase evidenced by then original sales receipt. If sending the product to Greater Zero, LLC at its request, please be sure to wrap `the product securely when mailing to avoid shipping damage.
