Greater Zero, LLC offers a limited warranty. We warrant our products to be free from material defect or workmanship from the original purchase date for a period of 2 years. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. The company will either repair or replace any product that breaks as a result of defects in material or workmanship.

How to obtain service: Purchaser should contact the company at service@greaterzero.com to make a claim under this warranty.

Not covered by warranty: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

Local laws: Some states or countries do not allow for exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages. The above statement may not apply to the purchaser. You may have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

No other Express Warranty: This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty of Greater Zero, LLC. No employee, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make additional warranties.

Maintaining the Zero-Turn Bar: The ball sockets and the interior bolt of the Zero-Turn Bar arrives lightly greased. To ensure the smooth operation of the mechanism, we recommend checking it every month. If necessary, apply additional grease.
