Greater Zero, LLC offers a 30 day return policy for returns of undamaged products. Customers desiring to make a return should email service@greaterzero.com and a return shipping label will be provided. Once merchandise has been received, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. 

Purchases made on or after November 1st may be returned up until January 15th of the following year.

Greater Zero will cover the cost of return shipping for customers.
